These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made from Furlovique through furlovique.com. Furlovique is operated by GALLOPING PONY LLC.

Product Listings

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, photographs, materials, dimensions, prices, and availability.

Minor variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, manufacturing tolerances, and material or production-batch differences.

Orders

An order submitted through the website is an offer to purchase. Receipt of an automated order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

We may decline or cancel an order due to:

  • Product unavailability;

  • Incorrect customer or delivery information;

  • Payment failure;

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;

  • Delivery restrictions;

  • Obvious pricing or listing errors; or

  • Legal or security requirements.

If a paid order is canceled, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Applicable sales tax and any disclosed charges are calculated during checkout. Standard shipping is free on eligible orders.

Payment methods are limited to those displayed at checkout.

Product Availability

Products are subject to availability. Adding an item to the cart does not reserve inventory.

If a purchased item becomes unavailable, the customer may choose a refund, an available replacement, or to wait for restocking where possible.

Shipping

We ship to eligible addresses in the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia.

Order processing normally takes 1–3 business days. Standard carrier transit normally takes 3–5 business days, for a total estimated delivery period of 4–8 business days.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible defective and non-defective products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are initiated within 5 calendar days after we receive and inspect the return. Additional bank posting time may apply.

Product Use and Pet Safety

Customers are responsible for choosing products appropriate for their pet’s size, age, health, behavior, and chewing habits.

Pets should be supervised when using toys where appropriate. Discontinue use if a product becomes damaged, loose, excessively worn, or capable of creating a choking or swallowing hazard.

Collars, harnesses, leashes, and attachment hardware should be checked regularly for wear and proper fit.

Consumer Rights

These Terms do not limit any warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
